Lifestyle Physiotherapy has been established in Sleaford since 1995. We have a team of highly qualified physiotherapists and associated health related practitioners. We aim to deliver high quality evidence-based physiotherapy to the local community. Lifestyle offers a wide variety of treatments to help in the management of MSK dysfunction and pain. In addition to high quality physiotherapy treatment we offer exercise rehabilitation and a timetable of Pilates and Yoga classes. The practice is fortunate to own specific reformer equipment, a Pilates studio and is home to various professional clinicians.
